External Warranty Claims

At NorthWest Engines, we understand that your vehicle is more than just a mode of transportation - it's a vital part of your daily life. We also understand that many people have their own private warranty cover for their vehicles. 

Whilst we welcome warranty work and pride ourselves in helping our customers, we have now made the decision that any external warranty work that needs completing will have a admin charge of £24.99 including VAT. This cost is for the time and work involved in contacting your chosen warranty company and passing over any information required for your claim. 

We endeavour to be transparent with our prices and have tried to keep this one off payment as low as we can.
